We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and the service I provide. Our returns and refund policy lets you know when you can return a product and when a refund will apply.

We want feedback so that we can fix anything that we didn’t do right and keep doing what we did do right.

Legal rights

Nothing in this policy will affect your legal rights under the Australian consumer law. If anything in this policy is found to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity of the rest of this policy.


If, within 30 days of receiving the print, you decide you are not happy with your print, the purchase price is covered by my 100% money back guarantee.

Shipping costs are not refundable under this guarantee.

To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it.

Wherever possible, refunds are given using the original payment method.

Defective or incorrect items

If the wrong item is sent to you, or your order is incomplete, I will send the correct item to you free of charge.

Please contact me within 2 business days of receipt to arrange a replacement.

Damaged items

If your print has been damaged during shipping, contact me within 2 business days of receipt to arrange a replacement.

Damaged goods will be replaced with another item of the same description.

Please keep the original packaging and any supporting paperwork such as delivery receipt.

Returning items

Please make sure you contact me before returning any prints. This is to make sure I can give you the best outcome.

I cannot be held responsible for any items that are damaged or lost during a return.

When returning items at your cost, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
