Come and Try
We encourage people to try archery! It’s a lot of fun and can be very rewarding. The club has beginner’s bows suitable for everyone. No matter what age or ability, everyone can learn. We have children as young as 8 and adults well into retirement years who all participate in the sport either socially, for exercise, or competitively for awards. It can be a sport for the whole family to enjoy together.
These sessions are for anyone who wants to just try archery. You will be fitted with the right sized bow and other gear, then given instructions on safety and how to shoot the bow properly.

- You MUST wear fully enclosed footwear.
- Tie back long hair so it does not get caught in the bow string.
- No loose jewelry or loose long sleeves.

Refunds
Our Club and sessions are run entirely by volunteers who give their time freely to introduce people to our sport, as such we have a NO REFUND policy for cancellation or ‘no shows’ except in exceptional circumstances and written request. (“I slept in / forgot” is not a reason for us to consider offering a position in a future session or a refund.)
If you have any questions, please dont hesitate to contact us.
